Day one
... The bell rang, but I didn't move my hands right away. I decided to stay a little longer. I remembered Annie's words that we could spend more time on certain areas if it felt right. A thought arose within me that this particular area deserved a bit more attention. Whether it was intuition or simply a desire to continue, I didn't know, but there was no reason to stop.
Then I carried on.
Several times I glanced at the sheet with the hand positions, which distracted me. Each time I opened my eyes, I returned to the familiar living room, the sofa, the paper, and the music. And each time I closed them again, it took a few seconds to slip back into that in-between state.
Gradually, I began to drift.
I saw the earth from above, not like a view from an airplane, but as a sensation of moving over something vast and alive. Beneath me stretched a dense forest that filled almost everything in sight. At first, I wasn't sure what I was seeing, but I began to make out the trees' thickness and the depth of the green.
Then I noticed a clearing, almost hidden among the trees. In the middle of it stood a building.
My first thought:
"How can there be a building so deep in the forest?"
...

... At the next hand position, the scene changed.
I found myself deep underwater.
It felt as though I were in the ocean, looking through an old diving mask with a single large oval lens. At first, the water seemed murky, but then I realised that this is simply how the world appears beneath the surface. The light is different, the colours are muted, and everything moves slowly, according to its own laws.
