21 Days
by Plamen Mitev
A memoir of curiosity, skepticism, and the unseen.
"When someone shows you a door and leaves you to open it yourself, you start wondering what is on the other side." — Chapter I, "The Spark"
I didn't set out looking for something to believe in. I was curious. Conversations with my longtime friend Teodora introduced me to ideas I couldn't easily explain or dismiss. One question led to another, until curiosity became something more personal. Together with my wife, Neli, I explored experiences that challenged what I thought I knew—and raised questions I had never seriously considered.
What followed was a journey through regression, Reiki training, and twenty-one days of daily practice. Some days brought unexpected sensations and emotions. Others brought nothing but silence and more questions. Neli and I shared the journey, yet experienced it in our own ways. I began writing down what happened, not to prove anything, but because I wanted to understand it. This book is that account—personal, sometimes uncomfortable, and filled with questions I am still asking.
