21Days

The Author
I was born in September in Varna, and this autumn I turned forty-five. I grew up by the sea, with a horizon that never seemed to end and a persistent feeling that something more always lay beyond it.
Perhaps that is why, to this day, I cannot stop asking questions.
I work in technology and develop my own ideas and projects. I am used to thinking analytically, searching for the logic behind things, and refusing to accept ready-made truths at face value. Over the years, however, I have come to understand something else: just because I cannot yet explain something does not mean it does not exist.
Somewhere between those two forces, skepticism and curiosity, my first book, 21 Days, was born. In it, I recount how my wife, Neli, and I set out on a path we had previously known only through others' experiences: regression, Reiki initiation, and twenty-one days of daily practice. We began without guarantees and without a script, carrying plenty of questions and more than a few laughs along the way.
21 Days is neither a manual nor an attempt to convince anyone of anything. It is an honest personal account of wonder and doubt, distraction and silence. It is also a story about the small changes that become visible only when you look back. And about how two people can walk side by side while each travels their own unique path.
I am a husband, a father, and a friend, but above all, I am an ordinary man who is searching.
I do not know whether I will ever find all the answers. What I do know is that I will never stop looking for them.
